Born in Las Vegas. Living in Utah. I’m a certified life coach through CTA (Coach Training Alliance) and a lifelong creative. I’ve written over 260 songs, built community art projects, and wrestled with the same struggles most artists face: starting way more projects than I finish.

Through my own journey, I discovered frameworks, tools, and mindset shifts that made finishing possible without killing my joy of creating. Now I coach other artists to find the same freedom: less overwhelm, more completed work, and the confidence to share it.
